This is so good (and I read the whole article; thanks for attaching it)... but no US administration I can imagine will do anything to respect that ruling. The biggest rogue state in the world ignoring the International Court of Justice is the US. I hope it moves some other countries along to recognition of Palestine.

Is this the worst can of worms in the world to open, here? I am curious what you think of two-state versus one democratic secular state? A long, long time ago (like, when I was fourteen or so?) I read a book called The Other Israel that was a collection of essays by Israeli and Palestinian revolutionary marxists talking about, among other things, a democratic (or, you know, socialist) secular state solution. I think it was published in 1972, edited by Arie Bober, and it's out of print, now. I just found it online in a very web 1.0 style on the site called marxists.org ...
