do not give kim coffee or other stimulants

I never drink coffee. The smell irritates me and I can't stand the bitterness. However, at a meeting today with my department, we went to the Borders across the street and my manager offered to buy us drinks. So I ordered this ice cream-looking drink, except I forgot to specify "No coffee".

I sipped about half of it.

Ten minutes after I'd stopped drinking, my head started to pound, my hands started to shake, and I couldn't concentrate on my work. I just lay my head on my desk, hoping for it to subside. But it never did.

Ugh.
