This is what LAUSD posted on their Facebook page. What it doesn't say:

1. 1000 new positions for a school district of over 800 schools is fucking insignificant.
2. The salary increase offered is tied to health care cuts for future employees.
3. Apparently the superintendent went on public radio today and was like there's other ways to educate kids that don't rely on a physical body.
4. Also they want to raise the student/teacher ratios, which is already at unacceptable levels.
