zucchini & spinach

We have not bought any bagged salad or spinach in a while. The farmer's market gives a better deal anyway. (Wouldn't cooking the spinach get rid of any e. coli anyway? Stir-fry on high heat with some garlic and salt for about five minutes or so. Time agrees. That article's pretty depressing.)
So last night I found something new to do with the zucchini. I made a gratin. Never mind that I don't actually have a gratin dish, so technically it's more like "vegetables baked with cheese", but it'll do. However, I did not end up using all of the zucchini. I think I have about a quarter pound left. Maybe I'll use it in salad tonight or something.
