So from what I've gathered, you can rent or buy the movie you want to watch on your TiVo (or computer). Are you sure you want to spend $12 on Fearless, with no extra features or commentary or deleted scenes. If you delete it, Amazon will remember that you bought the movie and allow you to re-download the movie as many times as you want. If you rent a movie, you have 30 days to watch it. Once you start watching it, you only have 24 hours to complete the movie. Renting is the better deal, because it only costs $3-5.
