toastykittenFinished it. Ok, it was a good season. But man, I don't know if I have the stomach to watch another season, if Jessica is going to be put through the emotional wringer in episode after episode.
My biggest issue is that I don't know if the writers realize how it looks when you have three white female prominent characters, and the majority of their antagonists are people of color. It looks really sloppy. And because all those antagonists are relatively minor roles, we barely get a glimpse of who they are, and we're primed to distrust them because of what the audience knows about Jessica.
It's annoying.
